‘When a gin focuses on a single botanical in its branding, there is always the concern that the gin itself will be somewhat one-dimensional, however Curio Gin quickly puts this thought to bed. On the palate the rock samphire and seaweed flavours give a burst of flavour and are used in excellent balance alongside juniper, citrus and spice from the cinnamon and star anise. Curio Gin has a delicate and light character that makes it extremely enjoyable with a splash of tonic.’
