This April enjoy a curiously cool Cornish 75 cocktail, created by our ingenious Curio mixologist Yohann Thullier.
Perfect for the Easter Bank Holiday and for enjoying as the sun begins to shine. Made using Rock Samphire Gin and a rather moreish sparkling wine created by the experts, Knightor Winery in Trethugy this is a simple but sophisticated cocktail for spring.
- 25ml Curio Rock Samphire Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 2 dashes of sugar syrup
- Knightor sparkling wine
Combine Rock Samphire Gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top up with sparkling wine. Stir gently.
