Perfect for luxurious May evenings and as summer berries appear fresh at the Farmer’s Market our Clover Club cocktail makes for a sophisticated and refreshing tonic.
- 50ml Curio Rock Samphire Gin
- 15ml Raspberry Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Free-range Egg White
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice to your shaker and shake once more. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh locally sourced raspberries. Enjoy!
